Radio Shangri-La
In 2007, Journalist Lisa Napoli set off for the Buddhist Kingdom of Bhutan in the Himalayas to help start a radio station. Bhutan is known for the concept of “Gross National Happiness” Napoli, who is the author of the book Radio Shangri-La, which chronicles her experience, talks about what happiness has meant in Bhutan, and the changes that an increasing media presence has made for the country.
