Violinist Ilya Kaler - Ruthanne Bessman welcomes violinist Ilya Kaler who will be performing with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra this evening in the Capitol Theater in the Overture Center in Madison. He is the winner of three international violin competition gold medals and has released several highly acclaimed recordings for the Naxos label. |

Katie Johnson-Webb and Kirstin Ihde - Norman welcomes French hornist Katie Johnson-Webb and pianist Kirstin Ihde to the WPR performance studio in Madison. Johnson-Webb is Assistant Professor of Music at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville while Ihde is Assistant Professor of Piano at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. They will be performing together at several recitals including UW-Oshkosh on Saturday, April 7, Luther College in Decorah, Iowa on Sunday, April 8 and the University of Iowa on April 10, 2018. |

Brandi Berry - From Baroque to Bluegrass - Brandi Berry is a Chicago-based violinist and fiddler who will be performing with the Madison Bach Musicians this weekend at the First Unitarian Society in Madison. She holds degrees in violin performance from Indiana University and the University of North Texas and is a member of the group " The Bach and Beethoven Experience ." Trevor Stephenson - Norman welcomes harpsichordist and pianist Trevor Stephenson to the Midday. In addition to being a great musician, Stephenson acts as Artistic Director of the Wisconsin-based Madison Bach Musicians . The group will be performing Purcell’s Dido & Aeneas and Bach’s Coffee Cantata, BWV 211 on Saturday, April 7 and Sunday, April 8 in the atrium of the First Unitarian Society of Madison. |
