State Democrats Push For Law To Protect Child Abuse Victims

State Democratic lawmakers are pushing to change laws that would lift time limits for bringing civil actions in sexual abuse cases and who qualifies as a mandatory reporter. We talk to a reporter about the Child Victims Act.
