The federal government is open again after President Barack Obama signed a bill ending the 16-day partial shutdown.  In the Week in Review, Joy Cardin’s guests of opposing political perspectives discuss the deal reached by Congress to not only resume operations, but avert default on the nation’s debt.  Plus, they weigh in on bills in the state Legislature pertaining to a property tax cut, Indian mascots and raising the speed limit.
