Think of your favorite foodstuffs: chocolate, coffee, bread, fruits like bananas or grapes and the beverages concocted from them.  Now imagine never being able to savor them again. This may seem far-fetched, but a food educator warns that monocultures are threatening the crops we rely on for our favorite meals. A look at why the foods we most love are disappearing and what we can do to save them.
