New law reduces prison sentences for sale of crack cocaine

A new law that reduces federalprison sentences for the sale of crack cocaine goes into effect tomorrow. It will result in the release of about 12 thousand crack offenders across the country, some of them from Wisconsin. Gilman Halsted reports.
