A new supplemental report from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Institute for Research on Poverty finds that Milwaukee County still has some of the highest poverty rates in the state. We talk to Timothy Smeeding [2], Lee Rainwater Distinguished Professor of Public Affairs and Economics and a co-author of the report, about the economic disparities in the state's most populous county.
