Governor Walker promotes budget measures with Wisconsin companies

The battle over the Governor’s budget repair measure spilled out of Madison today. While the Capitol hosted a public hearing over Scott Walker’s plan to effectively end collective bargaining for unionized state workers, the Governor took his budget-balancing plan on a tour of private businesses around the state.
