Kaul is working to unseat incumbent Republican Attorney General Brad Schimel in the Nov. 6 general election.

Republican Attorney General Brad Schimel’s campaign manager, Matthew Dobler, said Schimel plans to release his numbers for the first half of 2018 next week.

Schimel’s latest campaign finance reports show he raised $569,809 during the last half of 2017 and finished the year with $529,258 on hand.

Editor’s note: This story was updated with a correction that Kaul has raised about $1 million since he entered the race, not during the first half of 2018.
