Prank call to Governor fuels further criticism over budget repair bill

An already bizarre week at the Wisconsin state capitol took yet another twist yesterday when a New York website released audio of a prank phone call with Governor Scott Walker.In the call Walker believes he’s talking to a billionaire Republican donor and speaks at length about his plans to scale back public sector union rights.Wisconsin Public Radio’s Shawn Johnson reports.
