Bill would make signing recall petition multiple times illegal

A Republican state lawmaker wants to make it illegal to sign a recall petition more than once.Those oppposed to the bill say people may have a good reason for signing multiple times and making it a crime would intimidate some from signing at all. Shamane Mills reports.
