Cutting back collective bargaining rights, and restructuring BadgerCare and Medicare are just a few items on the state Republicans’ agenda. Lawmakers also plan to repeal a bill passed by Democrats during Governor Jim Doyle’s administration, to track racial profiling. Gil Halsted reports.
