Dr. Sue Rowe is a retired family physician and a member of the Altoona city council and the Altoona Education Foundation. In 2023, she and her husband Dave completed their “Wisconsin State Parks Quest” of camping in all 37 state park campgrounds. Their adventures are documented in their online blog.
