Jamie Counsell-Barker is a sexual assault nurse examiner at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville. She is president of the Wisconsin Chapter of the International Association of Forensic Nurses. She is also chair of the Rock County Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force.
