Ellen Koski, MPH, CPH is the Executive Director of the Fox Valley Advance Care Planning Partnership. She has a background in public health and is passionate about improving community health and collaboration among community partners. Prior to joining the Partnership, Ellen worked in governmental public health at the local and state levels and, for more than 10 years, Ellen has assisted and taught a death and dying course for college students at the University of Minnesota.
