Senator Chuck Schumer (D-New York) introduced a bill that would decriminalize marijuana at the federal lever and allow states to decide whether or not to legalize the drug. We speak with Sam Kamin, Vicente Sederberg Professor of Marijuana Law and Policy for the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, about what the new bill could accomplish, if passed.
