Worker performance under question again at nuclear power plant bordering Wisconsin

The nuclear power plant across the Mississippi River from Wisconsin is again under scrutiny. Federal regulators will hold a meeting this week into what’s being done to resolve employee performance concerns at the site.Chuck Quirmbach reports.
