Both the state assembly and senate have approved a major expansion of Milwaukee’s school parental choiceprogram. The vote cements an ageeement Assembly Republicans reached with Governor Doyle two weeks ago that allows 7,500 more students to use vouchers to attend private schools. But Democratic opponents complain Milwaukee tax payers will have to pick up the tab for funding the growth in the voucher program . Gil Halsted reports…
