A Democratic state lawmaker from Milwaukee is accusing Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley of abusing his power during the COVID-19 pandemic. The testimony from state Rep. Sylvia Ortiz-Velez comes just a day after Crowley launched his campaign for governor.
