State Allots More Money for Hmong Refugees

The state is sending almost a million more dollars to county welfare agencies to help new Hmong refugees from Thailand.The additional funding announced by Governor Doyle Monday will be used as cash assistance to help the newcomers until they can find work.Gil Halsted reports…
