Property tax bills are coming soon. This fall, local governments in Wisconsin faced the first round of local budget-setting since the state legislature scaled back shared revenue aid to municipalities.Most have just wrapped up their budget decision making and many local governments are raising taxes to make up for those cuts in shared revenue.
We’ll look at local taxes around the state starting in Madison.
