Republicans are claiming a victory for Wisconsin Dairy farmers after the House voted yesterday to extend the Milk Income Loss Program. But Democrats say the program will now pay farmers 25% less when milk prices drop. Farmers groups are disappointed about the cut but say they’re happy the aid is still available. Gil Halsted reports…
