There will be a Veterans’ Day parade in Madison for the first time in more than a decade.A UW-Madison student group has invited local VFW and American Legion Posts to take part in a march Friday afternoon in honor of past and current veterans.Meanwhile, the local Veterans for Peace group is co-sponsoring an event the same day to remember soldiers and civilians killed in Iraq.Gil Halsted reports…
