Inmates win case to reform prison environment

For the second time in ten years inmates have successfully sued to force a Wisconsin prison to change the way it treats mentally ill inmates. The first time it was the Supermax prison in Boscobel. This time similar changes will be made at the Waupun prison. Gil Halsted reports.
