The new federal prescription drug benefit offered under Medicare may end up costing some states millions of dollars. As a result, there’s a rebellion that some are likening to the Boston Tea Party. Wisconsin isn’t revolting though. In fact, the Badger State may make out better. But state officials still aren’t happy with a law that’s been roundly criticized. Shamane Mills reports…
