DNA collection changes proposed

Governor Jim Doyle is proposing changes in the way DNA samples are obtained from convicted felons. He also wants better communication between the Departmentof Corrections and the Department of Justice about whose samples have been taken,and when they’ve beenreceived and stored at the crime lab.
