Democrats won a majority of the State Assembly for the first time in 14 years… giving them control of the full legislature and the governor’s office for the first time in more than two decades.Their rise to power gives them a chance to make major changes.But it comes at a challenging time for the state… as Wisconsin Public Radio’s Shawn Johnson reports…
