New laws passed in Wisconsin this year have increased penalties for some sex offenses, and the state has increased efforts to track down released offenders who’ve failed to report where they’re living. But there’s been no change in the community notification system, and no new rules restricting where released sex offenders can live. Gil Halsted reports…
