Retail Food Co-ops in Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin are raising funds to help the dozens of organic farms wiped out or damaged during the severe floodinglast month. To help get the word out an independent video producer has produced a mini documentary that dramatizes the loss that many farmers are facing. Gil Halsted reports….
