Residents in 24 Wisconsin communities approved referenda yesterday calling on the Bush admininstration to withdraw US troops from Iraq.Turnout was generally low and in some places the measures passed by razor-thin margins.Still, referendum supporters hope the votes set off a chain reaction throughout Wisconsin and the rest of the country.Shawn Johnson reports…
