More Students Spend January in the Classroom

More students at U-W Oshkosh are foregoing a long winter break. Instead they’ve signed up for fall interim classes. The classes fit 14 weeks worth of material into just three weeks. The school suspects students want to save money by taking advantage of a tuition quirk. Patty Murray reports.
