Join us for this gentle calming soothing experience which begins when you walk in the door of the building. This is a time for introspection and reflection. Settle into a deeper, quieter, more peaceful space. Hopefully you'll leave with a bit of that peacefulness. Thursdays at 1pm through March, 2023 🤫Quiet is the key to this experience. *** Silently, with no conversation, not even a nod or a hello, leave your hat, jacket, and shoes in the entrance foyer. Silence your phone. It is not rude to avoid talking, instead think of it as being respectful of other people's space and the silence they are here for. *** Enter the sanctuary quietly, take a seat either on a cushion or in the front row of pews. *** The sit will begin promptly at 1PM with the lighting of a candle and incense. The hour will be split up into sitting and walking meditations. *** We will end promptly at 2PM.
