Milwaukee Police Chief Resents Directive

The issue of who runs the local police department is being played out in a big way in Milwaukee.The city’s Fire and Police Commission may give a crime-fightingdirective to Police Chief Arthur Jones today. But Jones says he may not follow the advice of the citizen panel. Chuck Quirmbach reports.
