A bill allowing health professionals to avoid giving treatments they find morally objectionable is up for a final vote Wednesday. If it passes, some are advocating that patients quiz their doctorsto ensure ethics and moral beliefs don’t hinder needed medical treatment. Shamane Mills reports.
