Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is joining a multi-state lawsuit over scam calls. The federal suit alleges an Arizona-based Avid Telecom sent billions of calls to people on the Do Not Call Registry, including more than 150 million calls to Wisconsin numbers.
