Over 1 million Wisconsinites need help building literacy skills, according to Wisconsin Literacy, Inc. Advocacy organization ProLit says less than 10 percent of adults in need of literacy assistance are receiving services. A group of Wisconsin literacy leaders discuss the future of adult literacy skills.
