Wisconsin’s Ice Age Trail has inspired generations of hikers and trail builders since its founding in the 1950s. We talk to one of the stand-out volunteers dedicated to the upkeep of the1,200-mile trail, and a “thru-hiker” whose 69-day winter trek is the subject of a new documentary film.
