A Milwaukee man was charged with his girlfriend’s death last month after being released from a domestic violence charge on $250 bail. Cases like this and the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy are prompting Republicans to call for stiffer bail requirements. We speak with a Delafield lawmaker on the issue.
