A coronavirus relief bill approved by the state Assembly last week would prohibit vaccine mandates, extend liability protections to businesses, place limits on virtual instruction and take a variety of other steps. We discuss the package with Democratic state Sen. Jon Erpenbach and then Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos.
