A new study released Friday from the Midwest Economic Policy Institute finds the repeal of Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws has led to lower earnings for construction workers in the state. Researchers also found that repealing the laws resulted in a greater share of public highway projects going to out-of-state contractors.
