An outdoor retailer in Appleton said it's been difficult to keep hunting and fishing supplies in stock this summer as the coronavirus pandemic has caused a surge in demand and supply chain disruptions. But it still has bow hunting accessories available as archery and crossbow deer hunting season begins this week.
