A bill aimed at preventing a future backlog of testing sexual assault likely won't pass the full Legislature this year according to Sen. Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald, R-Juneau. Fitzgerald also said a plan to change the rules for siting large livestock farms is likely dead for the year.
