Wisconsin Department of Transportation Secretary-designee Craig Thompson joins us to talk about transportation issues in the state. We take a look at what Governor Evers' budget includes for criminal justice reform and hear some of the criticisms it's facing. And federal authorities will review the Wisconsin National Guard's sexual assault and harassment policies following allegations of misconduct.
