Gov. Tony Evers is withdrawing Wisconsin's National Guard troops from the U.S.-Mexico border, saying there's no security crisis to justify their presence. We discuss the duties they were carrying out in Arizona and look at decisions by other governors to bring their National Guard soldiers home.
