It’s been five years since the release of Facebook executive Sheryl Sandberg’s book "Lean In," her playbook for succeeding in a male-dominated workplace. The influential book encouraged women everywhere to ‘lean in’ at their jobs...but five years later, in an era of #MeToo, how is that message being received? Our guest this hour says that Lean In is starting to feel like a relic from another time...and instead of women trying to fit into the power structure, they are collectively and actively challenging it.
