  • Spread of Asian Carp Continues

    Earlier this month, a silver carp was found in the Mississippi River near Winona. That’s the farthest north that type of Asian carp has been found. Army Corps of Engineers’ St. Paul District commander and district engineer Col. Michael Price talks about actions the Army Corps has taken since that carp was discovered.
