A tax credit for manufacturers will have cost state government more than one-point-four Billion dollars through the end of the next budget according to an estimate from the legislature’s nonpartisan budget office. Shawn Johnson reports.

Wisconsin law allows police to seize property from people they think have broken the law. But under a new plan from a state GOP lawmaker, police would only be able to take property from convicted criminals. Laurel White reports.

A parent who’s joined a lawsuit against Wisconsin Corrections officials says she’s trying to help the Juvenile offenders who have allegedly been mistreated at two facilities. Chuck Quirmbach reports.
