John Greendeer delivers annual state of the tribes address

The president of the Ho Chunk Nation is calling for mutual respect between state and tribal governments. At the annual state of the tribes address in Madison Tuesday John Greendeeer said the tribes can helpgrow the state’s economy as long as that growth doesn’t threaten the environment.
