    A student of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College filed a federal lawsuit last week against the school over what she is claiming violated her free speech rights. This February the student was carrying on her family’s tradition of handing out homemade Valentines cut out of construction paper that each included a bible verse when campus security demanded she stopped handing out the cards.
