Republican Lawmaker Reacts To Evers' Office Recording Meeting With GOP Leaders
In May, a member of Gov. Tony Evers’ office recorded a meeting between Evers and two Republican state lawmakers, without their knowledge or consent. The recording was made public yesterday by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Evers’ office claims that the recording was done for note taking purposes and without the Governor’s knowledge. Assembly Majority Leader Jim Steineke (R-Kaukauna) joins us to give his reaction to the news.
